Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 28111801_1 1a, PD01, PD02, 28111801_2 1a, SD02, SD01 and PD03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the submitted application form, or hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
1. Detailed drawings and specifications as necessary showing how the extension will adjoin the original building. Cross sections to include footings.
2. Submission of a schedule of external materials
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
