The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. detailed schedule of works/method statement from specialist conservator for the exact conservation works proposed to the Charles I wall painting
b. details of dendro-dating
c. schedule of works/specification of materials for the conversion elements for the former stables
d. where wholesale replacement is required to historic ceilings a method statement and specification of conservation materials should be provided
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
