Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 30, 06, 05 and 03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details specified in the letter dated 29 January 2021 (ref: RH/jlb/SODC/21/1) from Greenford Ltd detailing the relevant works, of upgrading to the partition wall between No.20 and No.20A and No.19 to provide acoustic and fire insulation. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
