Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, EF001, LOC001 and BLO001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works of repair hereby permitted shall only be carried out in accordance with the details outlined in the Timbawood quotation dated 17 March 2021 and the email from Reading Stained Glass dated 23 March 2021, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
