Conditions / Refusal Reasons
a) This consent expires 5 years from the date hereof. b) Any advertisements displayed and any site used for the display of advertisements shall be maintained in a clean and tidy condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. c) Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a safe condition. d) Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the removal shall be carried out to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. e) No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission. f) No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to obscure or hinder the ready interpretation of any road traffic sign, railway signal, or aid to navigation by water or air, or so as otherwise to render hazardous the use of any highway, railway, waterway or aerodrome (civil or military). Reason: To comply with the requirements of Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007..

That the advertisement consent shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-002, PE001, PL[0]08 Rev A, PL[0]09 Rev A, LOC-001, PL[0]10 Rev A, OP1-1, OP1-2, OP1-3 and PL[0]03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The illumination of the sign(s) hereby permitted is to be by fixed and constant lights and not by lights which are or appear to be intermittent, moving, flashing or vibrating. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies DES1, ENV12 and STRAT1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The illuminated signs hereby permitted shall only be illuminated when the building is open to the public for trading purposes, and in any event shall not be illuminated between 6pm and 7am. Reason: To prevent undue light pollution and to protect the amenities of the local area in accordance with Policies DES1, ENV12 and STRAT 1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035
