That the development hereby approved shall not commence until Construction drawings at the appropriate scale for all new joinery (windows, doors and canopy) to the main house and new extension have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
