Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 02B, 05, 03C, 01C and 04B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works, a method statement for beam cleaning and paint removal shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2034 .

All works of making good are to be carried out in materials to match the existing building unless otherwise stated in this application or approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2034.
