Conditions / Refusal Reasons
This permission shall be for a limited period until the 18 January 2028 or until the development of the site is completed, whichever shall first occur. After such time the advertisements and ancillary works and structures hereby approved shall be removed from the site.
Reason: The use of the site for the permanent display of advertisements would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies ENV1 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
That the advertisement consent shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, External Signage Details B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The advertisements hereby granted consent shall only be illuminated between the hours of: 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday or to hours in the afternoon when the sales office is open, whichever is earlier, and to hours 11:00 - 16:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Reason: In the interest of visual amenity in accordance with Policies DES1, ENV1 & ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The illumination of the totem signs hereby permitted is to be by fixed and constant lights and not by lights which are or appear to be intermittent, moving, flashing or vibrating.
Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies DES1, ENV1 & ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
