Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO001 and LOC001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The materials for use in the repair works of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed as specified in the supporting documentation included with the submission hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the blinds and boxes be retained and stored on site at 1 Market Place. Reason: To ensure safekeeping of blinds and boxes for future use/re-instatement in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
