Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, R924.11B, R924.04, R924.03, R924.01, R924.02, R924.SK01 and R924.10F, and the Proposed insulation build-up to roof document Rev A except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P22/S1990/DIS

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans, the proposed insulation build-up to roof document Rev A and the Rockwool Thermal Insulation specification hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035. Related application(s): P22/S1990/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works hereby approved a detailed repointing method statement for the fireplace including lime mortar and new plasterwork specifications and details of the new fire surround shall submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any such works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works hereby approved, a full schedule of the repair and reinstatement to be undertaken to the veranda shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved schedule. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
