The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PFC-1020-01, PFC-1020-03, PFC-1020-02 Rev A, BLO001, LOC001, LOC002 and 205767-07-P1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

P21/S0137/DISA detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all external doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The solar panels hereby approved shall be removed after a maximum period of 20 years from the date of this consent. Any extension beyond this period or the replacement of the panel is not approved by virtue of this consent unless otherwise agreed.
Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
