Description
Alteration and extension of non listed building within a conservation area. Remodelling and reduction of front projecting bay, to create a new entrance and reversion of current entrance door to its former use as window. Remodelling of space behind the entrance to accommodate staircase. Remodelling of rear extension to create kitchen dining room (As amended by plans received 14 October 2020).
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BS-E-BP, BS-E-LP, BS-P-04 Rev P2, BS-P-05 Rev P2, BS-P-10 Rev P2, BS-P-02 Rev P1, BS-P-08, BS-E-13, BS-E-02, BS-E-12, BS-P-11, BS-E-10, BS-P-09, BS-E-11, BS-P-01a, BS-E-06, BS-P-07, 1063-GS-P-12, BS-P-12, BS-E-01, BS-P-01, BS-E-03, BS-E-05, BS-E-04, BS-E-07, BS-E-09 and BS-E-08, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies H13, G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
