Conditions / Refusal Reasons
This consent shall be for a limited period until 23 September 2027 or until the development of the site is completed, whichever shall first occur. After such time the advertisements and ancillary works and structures hereby approved shall be removed from the site. Reason: The use of the site for the permanent display of advertisements would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the advertisement consent shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, WLF-R-SJH-200731-Banner Flag Spec-AC-01 and 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
