The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0230/05, 0230/01, 0230/06, 0230/02, 0230/07, 0230/03, 0230/08, 0230/04 and 0230/09 and supporting information, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy, Policies CON3 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Emerging Local Plan 2035.
