Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works for which this consent is granted shall be begun within a period of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act, 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 20 BLEW BP01 A, 20 BLEW SP01 A, 18 BLEW EX02, 20 BLEW PE01, 18 BLEW EX01, 18 BLEW 100 C, 20 BLEW PP01, 18 BLEW SL01 B and 18 BLEW EX03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The development shall be built using only the external materials specified on the forms and/or shown on the approved drawings the subject of this listed building consent, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
