Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works to which this permission relates must be begun not later than 30th October 2022.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, A3-27-P4, A3-26-P4, A3-03-P2A, A3-25-P4, A3-02-P2, A3-04-P2 and A3-01-P2 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The external materials used in the extension of the western range and the new wall shall match those on the existing building (tiles, stone and mortar) unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All other work of making good to the curtilage listed western range and boundary walls shall be carried out in materials and finishes as stated or in materials to match the adjacent finishes.
