As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies D1, D4, H13 and G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and DQS1 of the Henley and Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan and advice contained within the South Oxfordshire Design Guide 2016.
