The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
1. Submission of a full schedule of proposed internal finishes to include details of ceilings, walls and alterations to
other original fixtures.
2. Submission of a photographic schedule including written details of the external materials to be used for the garage
extension
3. Submission of details of the proposed composite panel cladding for the main house
4. Submission of close scale drawings including cross sections and specifications for all new windows and doors
5. Submission of close scale details and material specifications for the new external staircase and balcony
extension.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
