Description

Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 19100-DD-001, 19100-SU-001, 19100-SU-004, 19100-SU-002, 19100-DD-002, 19100-SU-003, 19100-LO-001, 19100-DD-004A and 19100-DD-003A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Details of the type and method of installation of the proposed mechanical bathroom vents at first and second floor levels b. Details of the type and method of installation of the proposed acoustic insulation at first and second floor levels c. Details showing the proposed service routes, including fabric along the routes, for the first-floor bathroom Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
