That the proposed increase in depth of the single-storey extension siting in close proximity to the boundary of the adjoining property to the west, number 51 Henley Road, would, in association with the two-storey addition, have an incongruous and overbearing effect upon that adjoining property and the development would be intrusive and unneighbourly and be detrimental to the amenity of occupants of that property. The development would be contrary to policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
