Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2729-07, 2729-08, 2729-03, 2729-04, 2729-02, 2729-06, 2729-01 and 2729-09, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The lime render used for the approved works shall be as specified in the Lime Specification Report by John Guest received on 31 July. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN 3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The works shall be carried out in accordance with the joinery details as set out in the window specification received on 8 July and shown on plan ref 2729-10 Rev A. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the internal fire doors shall be as specified and agreed with agent via email dated 5 August, 2020. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
