Replacement windows, doors, internal insulation and minor internal alterations (amplified and amended by plans and information received 27 May 2020 and 2 June 2020)
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 11.066 GA01 Rev d, 11.066 GA02 Rev d, 11269 SK11, 11.066 GA03 Rev b, 11.066 GA04 Rev b, 11.066 L01 Rev a, 11269 SK3A, 11269 SK2A, OP1001 Rev A and 11.066 GA05 Rev d, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The works shall be undertaken using only the internal/external materials and finishes as shown on the approved drawings and specified in the Phase 1 LB specifications document, Draft 6 dated 27 05 2020, the subject of this planning permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interest of preserving the special architectural interest and historic significance of the Listed Building in accordance with South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2012 Policy CSEN3, South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 saved policy CON3 and Cholsey Neighbourhood Plan 2019 policy CNP E4.
