Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 236.6 01 Rev A, EPOS-101 Rev B, 05.445 and LOC001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Notwithstanding the details shown on drawing no EPOS-101 Rev B and described within the supporting statement the descriptor lettering, non-illuminated logo pods, and projecting/hanging sign shall be traditionally hand painted instead of the use of applied vinyl or aluminium signage. Reason: To secure proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Notwithstanding the details shown on drawing no EPOS-101 Rev B and described within the supporting statement the projecting/hanging sign shall not have any external illumination/spotlight(s) to it. Reason: To secure proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
