Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 083-PA-005B, 083-PA-007B, 083-PA-006B, 083-008B, 083-PA-003B and 083-PA-002B, and in accordance with the details submitted in the supporting documents accompanying the application, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
