Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with policies CON3, CON4, CON8, D1, G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policies CSEN3, CS1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
