Conditions / Refusal Reasons
This permission shall be for a limited period until the 1st May 2027 or until the development of the site is completed, whichever shall first occur. After such time the advertisements and ancillary works and structures hereby approved shall be removed from the site. Reason: The use of the site for the permanent display of advertisements would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the advertisement consent shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC 001, Highcroft and Wallingford Hoarding Brochure; 10615_016_V17, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The advertisements hereby granted consent shall only be illuminated between the hours of: 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Saturday, and 11:00 - 16:00 on Sundays, and Bank Holidays. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity in accordance with Policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.

The illumination of the totem signs hereby permitted is to be by fixed and constant lights and not by lights which are or appear to be intermittent, moving, flashing or vibrating. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies G2, EP3 and AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
