Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 3686-203 Rev D, 3686-200 Rev C, 3686-101 Rev D, 3686-201 Rev E, 3686-100 Rev A, 3686-102 and 3686-202 Rev F, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the single storey extension hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and the historic environment in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy, CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
