By reason of the close proximity and restricted width of the proposed access, the proposed development would result in a cramped and unneighbourly backland form of development to the detriment of the amenity of numbers 25 and 27 Croft Way. As such, the proposed development is contrary to saved Policies H4 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy H10 of the Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan 2014.
