The development hereby permitted shall only be occupied as visitor accommodation and no part of the accommodation shall be occupied by the same person(s) for a period exceeding 28 days in any 90 day period and shall not be occupied as a person's sole or main place of residence. The owners/operators shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all the occupiers of the accommodation, as well as the dates of their arrival and departure and their contact details. This register shall be made available at all reasonable times to the local planning authority.
Reason: The site lies in an area where new development is strictly controlled and the proposal has only been justified on the grounds of its public benefit to local tourism in accordance with Policies CSEM1 and CSR2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies G2 and TSM1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
There shall be a maximum of a single gypsy caravan and a single shepherd hut on site at any one time. The gypsy caravan and shepherd hut hereby approved shall be removed from the site in the event that their use for visitor accommodation ceases.
