The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 34185-3, 34185-2, 1945 SU 400, 1945 A PL 400, 1945 B PL 200, 1945 B PL 201, 1945 B PL 101, 1945 C PL 100 and 34185-1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P22/S0700/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved a full schedule of materials to be used in the construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This should include a full specification of all lime mortars, plasters and renders, breathable insulation and boarding out materials, alongside samples of all external finishes, in the from of a photographic schedule. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, Policies CON2, CON3 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, the relevant Watlington Neighbourhood Plan and Policies set out in the emerging South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2034.

That the wroks hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all rooflights, windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, Policies CON2, CON3 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, the relevant Watlington Neighbourhood Plan and Policies set out in the emerging South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2034.
