The works to which this consent relates must be completed within 12 months from the date of this decision (as agreed by agent email dated 10 February 2020) and evidence of completion shall be submitted and approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies CSEN3 and CON3 Related application(s): P20/S0752/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2618-LBC-111, 2618-LBC-112, 2618-LBC-101 rev A, 2618-LBC-102, 2618-LBC-103, 2618-LBC-105, 2618-LBC-104, 2618-LBC-106, 2618-LBC-109, 2618-LBC-108, 2618-LBC-107 and 2618-LBC-110, Heritage Design and Access Statement, Structural Engineer letter, Wine Cellar Door information, and the supporting emails (Agent response 1 and Agent response 2) dated 6 February 2020 submitted as supporting documents, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies CSEN3 and CON3.

Prior to the reinstatement of the fireback to the fireplace in the living/sitting room hereby approved sample bricks shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
