That the use of the building which is the subject of this permission shall be terminated by 31 December 2036 and the building shall be removed from the land which shall be left in a clean and orderly state. Reason: To protect the open nature, rural character and visual amenity of the Green Belt in accordance with policy CSEN2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy; and to ensure that the future development of the Culham Science Centre site takes place in accordance with policy CSEM3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.

That the building shall be solely used by the UKAEA and its partners or by an organisation of which the UKAEA and these partners are members for the incidental storage of equipment used for atomic energy research and development in connection with the JET Facility up until 31 December 2036. Reason: To protect the open nature, rural character and visual amenity of the Green Belt in accordance with policy CSEN2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy; and to ensure that the future development of the Culham Science Centre site takes place in accordance with policy CSEM3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
