Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 18-NA-01, 18-NA-02, 18-NA-03 and OP-001 (fixings), except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Notwithstanding any details shown within the approved plans, the material for the raised lettering shall be metal, as specified within the agent's email dated 2nd January 2020. Any further variations to the material or method of fixing must have the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building, in accordance with Policy CSEN3 the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
