The application provides insufficient information to demonstrate that the cumulative impact of noise from the additional dogs can be adequately mitigated for the occupants of the neighbouring property Kingstanding House. Without adequate information to demonstrate otherwise, the proposed development would detract from the residential amenity of the occupants of Kingstanding House contrary to Policy CNP17 of the Cholsey Neighbourhood Plan and saved Policy EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
