Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 19-1798-L, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The open areas outside the building shall be used for the parking of vehicles, access manoeuvring, loading and unloading purposes only. No storage, industrial or other business use shall take place other than inside the building.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policies G2, CF3, D2, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CH CF1 of the Chinnor Neighbourhood Plan.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended), the first floor office accommodation and storage in the roof space of the extension approved under planning permission P93/N0921 shall be used solely as ancillary to the main use of the site as a retail premises and petrol filling station and shall not be used for any other purpose.
Reason: To ensure that the site remains in use as a single planning unit, in the interests of residential amenity and highway safety and in accordance with Policies G2, CF3, D2, EP2, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CH CF1 of the Chinnor Neighbourhood Plan.
No deliveries shall be received at, or dispatched from, the site outside the hours of Mondays - Fridays 7am - 6pm; Saturdays 7am - 4pm; and Sundays 10am - 4pm. No deliveries shall take place on public holidays.
Reason: To ensure that the development hereby permitted is not detrimental to the amenity of nearby residents by reason of undue noise from delivery vehicles entering or leaving the site in accordance with Policies G2, CF3 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CH CF1 of the Chinnor Neighbourhood Plan.
