Prior to commencement of the extended use of the garden and patio area by customers, the applicant must provide the Local Planning Authority with written notification of the commencement date.
At the expiration of a period of twelve months from the commencement of the extended hours, the permitted hours of use shall revert to 09.00hrs to 18.00hrs Monday to Saturday and 10.00hrs to18.00hrs on Sundays and bank holidays.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development on the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period and that any future application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with Policies EP2 and D5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Outside the months of April to September, no part of the patio and garden shall be open to or used by customers outside the times of 09.00hrs to 18.00hrs Monday to Saturday and 10.00hrs to 18.00hrs on Sundays and bank holidays.
Reason: In order to protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers and the character of the surrounding area in accordance with Policies EP2, D5 and TSM3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The acoustic screening measures proposed within the submitted plan (PL.013) shall be put in place prior to the commencement of the extended hours of operation. The measures shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: In the interests of neighbouring amenity, in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
No music, either live or recorded, shall be provided in the external courtyard area at any time.
Reason: In order to protect the acoustic amenity of neighbouring occupiers in accordance with Policies EP2 and D5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All doors and windows opening on to the rear garden and patio areas shall remain closed at all times other than for access to and from the garden.
Reason: In order to protect the acoustic amenity of neighbouring occupiers in accordance with Policies EP2 and D5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
