Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P19/S4656/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CLEL/01A, CLEL/02, CLEL/03, CLEL/04B, CLEL/05A and CLEL/06, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby permitted shall not commence until full details/samples of all the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details / samples. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to protect the special architectural and historic interest of the designated heritage asset in accordance with the Development Plan including Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
