Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the barn shall be used for domestic storage only in association with number 1 Barn Cottages unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard local amenities and in the interest of highway safety and convenience in accordance with policies EP1, EP2 , T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the hardstanding area as indicated on the plan accompanying the letter dated 29 November 1993 in relation to planning ref P93/W0563, received from the applicant shall be used only for the parking of vehicles, access, manoeuvring, loading and unloading purposes, and for the storage o flogs and bark mulch as specified in that letter.
Reason: To protect local amenities and the character of the Little Wittenham conservation area and the AONB in accordance with policies CSEN1 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the open areas outside the building other than that specified in condition 02 above shall not be used for parking, storage, industrial or other use.
Reason: To protect local amenities and the character of the Little Wittenham conservation area and the AONB in accordance with policies CSEN1 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That pedestrian and vehicular access to the building shall be taken only from the lane on the northern side of the site as specified in the letter dated 8 November 1993 received from the applicant
Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience in accordance with policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no hard materials or surfacing shall be laid on the access track or other parts of the site except as agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect local amenities and the character of the Little Wittenham conservation area and the AONB in accordance with policies CSEN1 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
