Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, S02, S08, S09, S07, SK07, SK14, SK06 A, S06, SK05, S03, S04, S05, SK18, SK03, SK04, SK06, L01 A, S01 A, 638 SK02 Rev A, 638 05 Rev B, 638 SK11 Rev D and 638 SK01 Rev H, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Schedule of works including drawings and specifications of materials (Building control standard) for works to the listed building. b. Schedule of materials to be used in the works of conversion, making good and other alteration Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
