There shall be a maximum of four bell tents, one yurt and one shepherd hut on site at any one time. The accommodation and ancillary structures hereby approved shall be removed from the site in the event that their use for visitor accommodation ceases.
Reason: The site lies in an area where new development is strictly controlled and the proposal has only been justified on the grounds of its public benefit to local tourism in accordance with Policies CSEM1 and CSR2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies G2 and TSM6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
