Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, OGL_18063_Elevations_Rev01, BLO-001, LOC-001, OGL_18063_PropElevFront_Rev03, OGL_18063_PropElevRear_Rev03, OGL_18063_Proposed Elevations_Rev03, OGL_18063_PropElevSides_Rev03, JD-002 Rev and JD-001 Rev, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed and complete in the materials and details specified within the application submission hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the works / development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
