The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 81HS-08-2019-001-01-P2, 81HS-08-2019-001-03-P1, 81HS-08-2019-001-02-P1 and 81HS-08-2019-001-04-P1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The first and second floors of the building shall be used for a Holistic Well-Being Centre and for no other purposes including any other purpose within Class D1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order). Reason: To prevent potential harm to highway safety and/or neighbouring residential amenities in the locality in accordance with the aims of policy CST1 and CSWAL1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2026 and policies D1, EP1, EP2, G5, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
