The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

P19/S4145/DISThat the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LBE01, LBE10, LBE12, LBP01, LBP10, LBP12.03RevE and LBP12RevB, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Joinery details of the proposed new windows to include sections through the glazing bars and sills.
b. Section plan of the floating floor to be inserted into the ground floor sitting room.
c. Section plan of the floating floor to be inserted into the first floor master bedroom and details of the altered landing door.
d. Details of the proposed fireplace, including works to chimney stack, in the first floor bedroom following careful opening up to establish what remains of assumed fireplace. Where fabric would be harmed in forming the opening it will be returned to a plaster wall finish.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
