Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, NESH-PL-001H, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved samples of the external cladding and roof tiles to be used in the external construction and finish of the works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, the details of making good the flint wall of No.25 where the existing lean-to structure is to be removed, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
