This permission shall expire after a period of 3 years from the date hereof, and the building(s) hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policy CS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0016, 0125, 0015 and 0017, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, within 3 months of the expiration of this planning permission, a scheme for the removal of the temporary building , ramp and associated development and the reinstatement of the affected land has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority after consultation with Sport England. The scheme must be in accordance with Sport England guidance "Natural Turf for Sport" (2011). Within three months of the removal of the temporary building , ramp and associated development [or in the first planting season following] the affected land must be reinstated in accordance with the approved scheme. Reason: To ensure the site is restored to a condition fit for purpose and to accord with paragraph 97 of the National Planning Policy Framework(2018).

The glass used in the windows in the new building which face on the playing fields, should be at least 6.4 mm lamented for the inner pane of glass and 6.5mm toughened glass for the outer pane. OR external protective grills to the windows facing the playing fields shall be fitted and retained as such. Reason: to allow continuous use of the playing field whilst protecting the occupants of the new building from possible glass damage caused by sports projectiles in use on the playing field with paragraph 97 of the National Planning Policy Framework(2018).
