Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 19 04 07, 19 04 09, 19 04 02, 19 04 03, 19 04 04, 19 04 05, 19 04 08, 19 04 01 and 19 04 06, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The repairs to the external wall and internal ceiling shall be carried out using only the materials and construction methods listed within the Email from Savills (Ollie Hunt dated 24th September 2019) unless alternate materials and construction methods have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Reason: To preserve the significance of the grade II listed building in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire District Council 2026 and saved policies CON3, CON5, D1 and G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
