Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than 11 June 2021. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PA01 Rev A, PA03 Rev D and PA02 Rev D, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The antenna and dish hereby approved, as so far as is practical, shall be externally constructed or finished so to match the appearance of the materials of the existing mast on which they are mounted. Reason: To minimise the visual impact of the development on the site and surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in accordance with Policies D1, G2 and TE1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, Policy CSQ3 and CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and paragraph 115 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
