The solar panels herby approved that are to be installed on the historic roof slope as shown on the approved plans are limited to an area of not more than 5.5msq (60sqft) and to be located on the east end of the south facing roof slope only, beyond the easternmost dormer window. Any alteration to this location is not approved by virtue of this consent unless otherwise agreed.
Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The proposed solar panels that are to be installed on the historic roof slope as shown on the approved plans are to be flush with the plane of the tiled roof finish. Any alteration to the finished level of the solar panels is not approved by virtue of this consent unless otherwise agreed.
