Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P19/S2840/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1, 2, PM.PHA.001.19, PH.6201, LOC-001, SP-001, PM.PHP.002.19, PH.6202, FP-001 A and SIT-001 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the method, materials and details specified on the plans and supporting Design & Heritage Statement - amended August 2019 and appended information hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works to the floor in 'the games room' hereby approved details of insulating materials and construction method for the floating floor including section plans showing ventilation methodology shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Following the removal of the modern brickwork fireplace in the 'family room' hereby approved a schedule of works, materials and details of all making good including, the conservation of any historic fabric to be retained and lime plaster specifications shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
