Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the advertisements hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC01 and AD001, and in accordance with the lighting details submitted with this application, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
This consent shall be for a limited period up to 4 December 2020 or until the housing development of the site (approved under application P16/S0077/O) is completed, whichever shall first occur. After such time the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed.
Reason: The use of the site for the permanent display of advertisements would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The advertisements hereby approved shall not be illuminated except for between the hours of 7am and 9pm.
Reason: To safeguard the landscape qualities of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policy CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies AD1, and EP3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
