Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PLA.19.LSC.103 A, LOC001, PLA.19.LSC.101 A and BLO001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Notwithstanding any details described within the schedule of works initially submitted, the wall shall only be reinstated using the following materials (described within the agent's correspondence and the builder's emails dated 25th July): - Brickwork: predominately Dark Multi by HG Matthews with cream NHL5 lime mortar - Coping stones: re-use existing - Brick and flint panel: re-use existing flint, hand laid with 8:1 sharp sand/lime mortar mix and flush pointed finish - Gates: Accoya wood - see drawing PLA.19.LSC.103 A for detailing. Any variation to these details must have the written agreement of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to ensure that the works do not detract from the special architectural and historic interest of the listed property, in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
